Within 4 hours
A Whim concierge reviews your itinerary + special requests, then calls each venue to confirm your reservations.
Within 24 hours (usually faster)
You get one email with every confirmation number, exact times, and pre-scheduled Uber links between stops. Also texted if you gave us a number.
The night of your Whim
Show up. That's it. If anything changes — venue's fully booked, weather issue — we handle it. Live text support the whole night.
If we can't book it
Full refund, no questions. We only charge if the plan is confirmable. This is our promise.
A Stripe receipt just landed in your inbox. Your booking reference is your Stripe payment ID. Save it — we may ask for it if you need to make changes.
Email support@searchwhim.com — reference your booking. Response within 2 hours during ops hours (9 AM–11 PM local).
